Tom from ACT has performed an exemplarily service for our firm. Last year our firm needed an office network, new computers as well as training. Tom set us up with an excellent network and provided the computers as well. Since then Tom has provided maintenance of our system with backups, virus protection and answers to all of our questions. Our office is working smother and more efficiently due to the continued support and excellent service of ACT.

Tom Privitera from Advanced Computing Technologies has been Northeast Promotions computer technician for as long as I can remember. We’re a company that needs to be up and running at all times with no distractions from the computers, and Tom makes sure of this. I came to Tom one day and had asked him for his professional opinion on getting a website for Northeast Promotions, being that we’re a professional boxing promotion company and many fans and boxers check out websites for either information or leisure. We were looking to get our name out on the World Wide Web. However, this couldn’t be on any regular plain website. We needed it to be professional looking, and we needed to have great customer service, because the site would be changing frequently. I am one of those people who loves my computer...I love that it can keep me in touch with family and friends, love that it makes record keeping, information gathering, and reaching out and touching someone, fun and easy...but when those times arise, and they have.....when a virus, a bug, or some other "fly in the ointment" makes my love affair with my computer anything but perfect....I know exactly where to turn...to Tom Privitera, and Advanced Computing Technologies.
Tom has always been totally professional, understanding, and easy to reach with any problem I may have ...and over the past several years, there have been many. From picking up the pieces of a total crashed computer...and salvaging when I thought everything was lost to customizing and setting up a state of the art hummmming...system..........and if you, like me, cannot figure out the 200page book of directions..............once again, there is Tom. Willing to sit, smile and explain...until I get it....
When I need to gather information about programs and new technology, Tom is always willing to search out information that would best serve my needs. He never pressures me into anything that would so over the top it would only prove to be useless and unused............he is never further than my cell phone away...and the best of all..........he shows up with a knowledgeable smile...right there in my den..with his computer "doctor bag" in hand.

Tom Privitera could not have created a more appropriate acronym than "ACT". That's exactly what happens when Tom appears at our office for repairs, upgrades or new installs. He blows in like the wind and before you know it, he's in my office looking to find what else might ail me. He is so incredibly efficient, I refer to him as "Flash". I've never seen anyone work on computers as quick and smooth as Tom. A no nonsense type of guy, who still finds the time, but don't ask me how, to sit with you to chat for a while and share a cup of "Joe". Wait until you hear his Pumpkin stories! Tom is like family at our office. A more knowledgeable computer guy, or likable person, would be hard to find.
